WHY WE MADE THIS FRAME:

Every time we venture into 3D territory with our metal offerings, your feedback notes just how generative was the challenge of creating three dimensionally for your art practice. So we want to keep encouraging those experiments!

The nice thing about the design of this frame is that it gives you 2d chambers to work inside of, that once orchestrated around the tree, will grant it its three-dimensionality. So, in a way, this the best of both worlds. We’ve designed this frame with an eye to versatility:

-it looks beautiful just as is (add some fairy lights and minimalist garland and you’ve got a beautiful, timeless standing decoration for years to come).
-or, make it completely your own by transforming its contours with fibres of your choice. You can weave and macrame (and macraweave) into its edges and create something truly one of a kind!

As with the best sorts of holiday ornaments, you can choose minimalism and maximalism along with different aesthetic themes to bring it to life in your home.
